1. Order Processing
Most items ship within 3-7 business days. Some items take longer, and we will inform you before you complete your purchase or during processing.
 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are included in the product price. Estimated shipping time is 7-15 days. Delays can happen and are normal.

3.Tracking
Tracking number will be offered after shipping.
 
4. Customs & Duties
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are included for most countries. For some they are the customer's responsibility. We will let you know before you purchase.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in customs, we will reship it. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos.
