✨ Our Happy (But Firm) Return & Refund Policy ✨

Hey there, lovely shopper! We’re so excited you’re here, and we want you to love your new items as much as we do. That’s why we go the extra mile to make sure everything’s perfect before your order ships!  

Here’s the deal: 

1️⃣ All Sales Are Final (Mostly!)
    - Unless your items arrives with a quality issue (like a broken strap or messed-up stitching, etc), we don’t accept returns or refunds. This helps us keep prices fair and avoid unnecessary waste—yay for sustainability! ♻️  

2️⃣ Pre-Shipment Love and Care 💌
     - Because we really care about your happiness, we’ll send you photos/videos of your actual item before it ships! This way, you can double-check the style, color, and details. Once you give us the 👍, it means you’re totally happy with what you saw—no surprises!  

3️⃣Shipping Takes Time—But It’s Worth It!
    - International shipping can be unpredictable (blame busy airports! ✈️). We don’t accept refund requests just because shipping is taking longer than expected. But don’t worry—we’ll always share tracking so you can follow your item’s journey!  

4️⃣If Something’s Wrong…
    - Got a damaged or defective item? Oh no! Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement (if available) or a partial refund after accessment.
  - Important: For any refund, you must ship the item back to our designated return address first. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund. (No exceptions—this keeps things fair for everyone!)  

5️⃣Non-Quality Returns? Rare, But Possible.  
   - If you really need to return an undamaged item, contact us first—we’ll review case by case. If approved:  
     - You cover all shipping costs (original + return—both ways).  
     - A 20% restocking fee applies (so you’ll get 80% back). Why? It helps us cover the costs of reinspecting and relisting your item.

6️⃣No “Oops, I Don’t Like It” Refunds
   - We totally get it—sometimes things don’t match your vision. But since we showed you exactly what you’re getting before shipping, we can’t accept returns for example:  
     - “I don’t like the color” (screens vary!)  
     - “It doesn’t match my outfit” (but it will—trust us! 😉)
