Order Confirmation & Production

Order will only enter production after full payment / agreed deposit is received and all details are confirmed by the buyer.
Once production has started, any changes to size, material, design or color will incur extra charges and longer lead time. If the buyer requests to cancel after production commences, no refund will be available.
